Anyone else's LO having diaper blow outs? My 1st didn't have problem, at least not that I remember.

My NB is 4 wks tomorrow and has had diaper poopy incidents in her crib. It comes off the back and into her pants/crib.

Any suggestions? I loved Huggies diapers w/my 1st...now it's Pampers with this one...but now I'm not sure what to use.

Does this mean she's out grown the diaper perhaps? She already leaks (less than poop though) and I worry if I get the size 1 then it would leak worst. She moves ALOT and has kicked off her diaper 2x already.

Hey!  I actually had the same problem with my daughter.  She's 6 weeks now, but until about a week or so ago she would have major blow outs.  She was in newborns and we moved her up to 1s but she still had them.  Up her back out a pant leg, yuck!  I don't know if it's just positioning or what.  They just stopped happening around 5 weeks.  I'd be interested to know if any other moms have any info on this (and to see if Brynna has any more blow outs).

I had the same problem with Newborn diapers (huggies).  I moved up to Pampers swaddlers (LOVE THEM!) size 1 and am having VERY few blow outs (1-2 in about 1.5 weeks).  They really seem to soak up the "stuff" and pull the doody away from their butts.  Sometimes it has to do with the shape of your baby, etc.  I'd break out a few size 1's and try them out.  I was a cheapskate and used up all of the NB diapers before moving to size 1's.

well i noticed dat pampers has a leak proof ruffles on the outside, u have to make sure it is not tucked in and u have to make sure the diaper is not loose. the only time i had pee leak was when i made the diaper loose. so u have to make sure it is fits tightly.i hope this solves it for u guys.
