Milk Blister(s)...Anyone Else?
I just NOW find out what I have after going to the doctor (for 2nd time...)...and also talking to lactation consultant via phone.
I have this "cluster" of them on my L nipple...and it looks like a big zit. It's about 1/2 cm in diameter when its really aggravated. I've had it for well over 2 wks.
Lactation consultant says its probably from baby falling asleep at the breast.
Anyone else have this painful problem? I was told to use "newman's" cream...special prescription mix for the area...4x day/1 wk...the lactation person said to "pop" it...
I will probably do the prescription then pop it if I have to.
