Look up the video on You Tube. Immensely helpful. It is also pretty much identical to the hotsling. You fold it in half and put baby in between the folds, but seriously look it up on You tube. That should help you lots!

Thanks. I just saw the youtube videos. I think maybe the sling is too big. It's pretty much impossible for me to get the baby into it and the stupid thing practically hangs off my body. I am so annoyed! Now I have to figure out how to return it. Urgh!! Thanks for telling me about the you tube videos. I was actually doing it right but based on the problems I was having I guess it is just too big.

That's too bad! I hope you are able to return it without too many problems! If not, you might try to go to a small boutiquey store and see if you can exchange for the right size? good luck!

I just ordered a Peanut Shell from babies r us yesterday and I am a little worried about the size.  There were only two sizes, so I ordered the larger one.   I have a SlingRider, but it is so bulky, and Jake is really warm in there.  He loves it, but it is going to be too hot to use it much longer.

This morning, I found a web site with directions on how to make a sling.  I think I might give it a try if the one I ordered doesn't fit.  Good luck.
