Breastfeeding and milk supply and colds
i know that pumping yields are not commensurate with a baby's intake, but while i used to yield 5 ozs or more for my 8 week old, i'm down to 3 ozs or less. i'm wondering if the fact that I have a cold has anything to do with it. she's a little stuffy, as well, so maybe she's not able to suck as well. she's not acting hungry after nursing, but i'm paranoid that my production is decreasing anyway.
any thought?
