I've been pumping to increase my milk and hate having to balance the two horns....so i was surfing the net and came across bra's for handsfree pumping. I ended up taking of my bra's and cutting two slits, big enough to the horns through and now i'm pumping hands free. If i didn't look so gay i'd take a picture to show you guys lol.
okay i'll do that later as i'm actually pumping now and typing away on the computer. It's funny but my milk actually lets down faster and without warm compress and produces more this way, i think i was too still holding them snug against my boobs.
