Does anyone have a good injection recipe for chicken?
I'm making a chicken in the rotisserie tonight and wanted to inject it but can't find a recipe I like online. I have a mix one I can use if I can't find anything but I just wanted to do something different.

our fav way to 'do' chicken is 'beer can' chicken... on the grill.

just inject it like you would normaly do wiht any injection marinade, then use a can of beer. but pour out 1/3 of it so it doesnt 'boil' over. stuff beer can up the chickens butt. and stand the chicken up  ( beer can side down) on the grill. cook over med. heat til done. ( use a thermometer to test for correct temp)

the beer makes the JUCIEST chicken EVER!!!! ASK NAVASHA! We made it for her and Red when they came to visit and they really liked it! Meredith ate a bunch!! the beer creates a steam inside the chicken that makes it the most MOIST chicken ever.

You  can do it in the stove too. 

just be careful pulling it off the grill and taking it off the can. the beer is HOT and spills easily!

Oh yeah, if forgot about Beer can chicken.

You can also use a can coke. It doesn't make it taste like coke. It just makes it very juicy like the beer does. You can cook it in the oven if you take a half of a lemon and stick it in the top of the chicken. That way the coke doesn't spew all over the oven. If you do the coke chicken you can rub it with butter and tony chachere's seasoning.
