February & March 2007 Sweet Muffins

When Sweet Muffin is drawing and you say "What are you drawing?"  What is the consistent answer?

Paige loves to draw and colour her colouring books.  She scribbles lots as if she is writing and says 1 - 2 - 3 or P - A - I - G - E and scribbles lifts crayon scribbles lifts crayon etc but when drawing its always a rainbow.

And because she knows how to make a circle (well Paige/toddler circle, lol) she almost has it.

What proud moments these are.......

So what does SM enjoy drawing and in his/her mind it is what they draw?  :-)

So funny you should mention this....they grow up so fast

Yuri is in daycare/preschool and her teacher says her drawings are great

They are all over the walls because they have so much detail for a 2 year old

She can also write some letters and numbers

Sometimes she tells me she is drawing a puppy or mommy, but I cant really make them out, LOL

She is doing very well with her letters and numbers though. She can "draw" C, G, M,N,W,V (the "up and down letters") L,X,U and of course O. She can draw some shapes too like triangle, circle, square and heart. When she is coloring in her coloring book, she can *mostly* stay within the lines when she tries. She has to have her face and body hunched over the book "just so". Its cute :)
