So I was thinking we need to start a thread about Christmas and what our SB might like for Christmas this year. I know that alot of possibilities open up, with our SB turning 3. (I'm going to cry now...he's growing up so fast). So what are you thinking of...

Post any ideas from gifts to stocking stuffers. We all need the ideas.

We get toys for the nieces and nephews and he gets toys from aunts and uncles & Grandparents, but we just do stocking stuffers between our immediate family.

On his toy list

- view master & Reels

-  board games (hungry hippos, memory etc)

- remote control car (he is getting this from us for his birthday) Anyone know if it is any good??  It just looks simple and sturdy enough.

- art/ craft supplies

STOCKING STUFFERS

-play doh

- Mr Potato head accessory pack

- woopie cushion

- some little car/truck/train

That is all I have gotten so far. Usually also includes a treat and a pair of socks.

I thinkthe car is a great idea. Johnathon got a remote control car for his birthday last year, made by Parents, and he loves it. The simpler the better.

Ben's big gift this year is going to be "Rocky the Talking Dumptruck" - I think it is made by matchbox.

We'll also get him a couple of games - I think that "Uno Moo" looks cute and I might try "Hungry Hungry Hippos" I like the idea of getting him so stuff that requires more interaction and learning about things like taking turns, etc.

He'll probably also get a Hotwheels car case (he is getting obsessed with them), and maybe some of the die cast figures from the movie "cars." He already has Lightening, but I think he would like some of the others too.

For stocking stuffers it will probably be stuff like: Silly Putty, a big bouncy ball, some little people (he loves to pretend play with them and I think they sell individual packs of them), maybe a whoopie cusion (love that idea erin!), and some treats. That's about it.

He'll be getting a bike of some sort for his birthday this year.
