I'm here. Emma has a little "boyfriend". He dropped his cookie this morning to hold her hand. Its cute.

Its been in the 70/80's. We are supposed to get some rain from the hurricane. It was kind of warm this weekend.

We all got our seasonal flu shots. Emma got the H1N1 vaccination (she has to go in a month for a second dose). We will get the H1N1 vaccination as soon as they have them. Right now, they have them for high risk and we don't fall into any of the categories.

Yes, I already got my Christmas wreath up b/c we aren't hosting thanksgiving. We have been buying Christmas ornaments (first year we will have a tree). I am about half way done Christmas shopping.

i'm here too!

we've had an insane month. both my in-laws have been in the hospital. my step-granddaughter (don't ask; it's a long complicated story but we're all related in the end) came to visit halloween weekend and she had cold symptoms including a violent cough, but promised us it was "her allergies." (she's 12.) well, BS. we all got the illness. melanie got it first, including double ear infections. she scared us. her fever went up to 104 and dad said that she was having trouble breathing.

will be back to update later...we just had dad taken away in an ambulance for the second time in two weeks. :(
