I can see both sides of this story. But... the toddler was only two, and saying "Go plane, go!" is hardly enough IMO to kick him off the plane. Yikes! Maybe the crew could have done something to help quiet him instead? What do you think?

Southwest apologizes to mom kicked off flight

2-year-old’s ‘Go! Plane! Go!’ and ‘I want Daddy’ screams too much for crew

Seriously? They couldn't help redirect him? I think that was a little too hasty of a decision. Yes pre-flight safety instructions are important, but they can also be repeated. Also, the pre-flight safety instructions are pretty well known by frequent flyers. I'm sure there were some first time flyers, but really, they could always ask for a repeat of instructions.

That's kind of what I thought, too!

I read somewhere that Southwest has received 14,000+ letters in support of their removing the boy from the plane.

I guess people are mean about excited children then. Sad.
