I don't know if anyone would remember me complaining last year about the 5th grade teacher.  She was a total whackjob that assigned hours of homework, millions of projects, gave next to no feedback, lost things, and took FOREVER to grade papers and tests and get them back to the kids.(Once told a child they had to take an F on a project  because it was more than a week late-of course it was a month after it was due before she realized she didn't have it-child insisted that he turned it in).  Well dd6th grade just came home today with an ungraded project from MAY of last year!!  She must have just found them tucked into something.  It's a 15 page booklet that dd typed(only about two sentences per page)and illustrated.  No grade, no comment, not returned in the same school year.   It's the school year that won't end!

Our BM is a teacher. A year or so ago, in mediation she made the argument (her main argument) that the boys should be with her full time because she's a teacher and therefore very organized.

AMD, don't you know that teachers are all super organized? LOL

Not to mention really bright.  I'm not a teacher or anything, but in her shoes, I'd have just thrown these booklets away.  She knows I went to the principal three time about her last year.  I wouldn't give me more amunition; especially now that I don't have any skin in the game.  Last year I was afraid to say too much for (reasonable)fear that she would take it out on dd.(One of the trips to the principal was over name calling-yup the teacher was namecalling).   Currently, she is powerless against me.  Really, really stupid move lady.
