I didn't read the whole thing, but I've been following a couple of the high-profile cases in the news: the little boy stolen by his mom and taken back to South America, only to have BM die and BD have to fight step-family to regain custody after having already fought BM for years to get custody back, and the latest one, the man in Japan who snatched his kids off the street after BM took the kids to Japan and refused custody to the BD.
I can't understand a world court that would deny custody when it's clear to the whole world that money is the only thing keeping them apart. Quite honestly, had someone stolen my children from me, I'd do whatever I could to get them back. I'm pretty sure that means anything.
