Do you bake???  what have you done lately...??  I haven't baked in a while...DH will be happy when he comes home !  hahaha

I'll bet it was yummy, too!  Yesterday I made some pumpkin bread and got a batch of salsa started - I'm finishing up the salsa today -- need to add some more peppers -- not enough "hot" according to DH!  So hoping that adding a few more will give it the heat it needs before canning it.

You know...I didn't have enough tomatoes this year to do salsa..just as well i was not in the mood anyway..hahahah.  But there is still abt 6 jars from 08 so we are set for the winter.  HAHAHAH  Good for you that you are making it HOT..my DH loves it hot as well...if we were closer I could give you some hot peppers from the garden...I just picked the last batch...and tilled the garden the other day ( another thing I am tired of).hahaha

Pie was great....ate it last night for desert..still more for tonight.

I think I have enough green tomatoes to bring in and let ripen to do another batch -- we went through 30 some odd pints of homemade salsa last year and then if you add another 8 or ten more from the store......  Dh likes it on nearly everything.  LOL

Need to go start dipping it into bottles and get the canner ready.  Have a fun day and enjoy a slice of that pie for me!
