What your cycle says about egg quality
I ran into a very interesting blog on the net today. This particular post was about what your cycle says about egg quality, and it has some ideas in it I'd never heard before. This by an RE, but I will say it says somme things that contradict what I have read elsewhere, such as the 'normal' day of ovulation, which I thought was day 14. This article says it is day 10 or 11. I also thought earlier ovulation mmeant better quality eggs, and this says later ovulation is not a quality concern and tends to mean high ovarian reserve. I usually ovulate day 13-15, occassionally as late as day 17-18 and do have high ovarian reserve, so I guess it fits with me. But I always thought day 10 or 11 was early. Interesting...I think I'll create a poll on this
