Hi girls! Looks like there are tons of new people on here and sadly some of you still here! I kinda took a step back from the board for a a while! I kept up with some of you on facebook and what not but just felt like I didn't know what we were doing and felt so crappy about myself that I wasn't sure how I could support any of you. Well I guess I am slowly digging myself out of the whole that IF has put me in. This month we did femara and though I responded it looks like OPK's didnt detect anything. Im not sure why but am hoping for some sort of miracle. This was a MAJOR step back after 9 IUIs over the course of 2008-2009 but we were just wanting to try everything before moving to IVF. So thats kinda where we are at. 2 more months to try this then Jan will mark 4 years and we will probably be moving to IVF. Look forward to trying to jump back in and get caught up! :)

11/20 Post m/c apt/blood work/what to do next apt, 12/2 1st official RE apt at Mayo Clinic!! Officially dx with PCOS, 12/11 blood work from RE good except prediabetic range on 3hr glucose test, 1/09 Gonal F 150units, U/S, Trigger, IUI #6 BFN, 2/09 TTC naturally (72 day cycle with provera),5/1/09 Gonal F 112.5IU, Trigger, IUI #7 BFN. Gonal F 112.5IU, Trigger, IUI #8 5/29 BFN, IUI #9 (last and final b4 IVF) BF? Beta 7/27
Welcome Back! I wish that we both had our BFPs but we are very happy to have you back with us! Hopefully our day will be here very soon! I hope that the Femara does the trick for you so that you do not have to worry about moving to IVF in January! I too took a step back and am doing a few IUIs before moving back to IVF later this year/early next year. I think you are right in wanting to trying everything.

April, Welcome back! I'm sorry it looks like Femara didn't do the trick for you. Though in my own experience I know it is possible to miss a clear positive on OPK's, especially if you only test 1x a day and may not be using the most concentrated urine, or the best tests. Hopefully you did O and maybe BD did the trick...you could get that miracle after all. If not, well I'm happy to hear that you will be able to do IVF.

Attempted IUI #4 converted to DS/DH IUI April 09 at my request, BFP and M/c. IVF #4 June 09 BFN. DS-IUI w/injects 7/6/09, BFN. Hysteroscopic myomectomy to remove fibroid 7/29/09.
