I have always had really sore boobs after I O, it usually starts about 5 days after O and lasts till AF comes. I have big ones (DD) so it hurts alot, I have to wear my bra all the time and when anything touches them ouch!
This past cycle I had extremely sore boobs from about 6 DPO on. I'm also well endowed at a DD. Prior to that cycle the only time my bbs hurt was when I had HCG in my system (trigger or otherwise).... Not something I'm looking forward to becoming a regular IPS! : ) ~mel.
