I've read that you should keep your heart rate under 140 bpm, to avoid raising body temp too much.  What do you guys think about this?  I worked out last night, and it was rediculous how many times I had to pause and let my heart rate go down.  I am going to be seriously irritated if I can't exert myself for 9 months, and then have to go through the most physically demanding thing a woman can do.  Irony!

Yes that information is correct! When exercising during pregnancy most all obgyn's, midwives, etc. tell you that you should watch your heart rate and not let it get above 130-140 bpm. Here is an article that explains the mechanics of why:

Hope that helps and be safe!
