I don't think anything under 100.4 is considered a fever, so I wouldn't worry about it. Also, I don't know if you chart or not, but your temperature always goes up after ovulation and then stays up if you get pregnant. Mine is usually 98.8 - 99.3 after ovulation and sometimes higher, so maybe that is the norm for you as well.
