How do you deal with Stress?
Just curious to know what everyone's coping skills are ;) Doesn't really matter what the causes of stress... How to you deal with it?
I used to be able to close my eyes for a couple of seconds and take a deep breathe and then I'd be able to let it go. These days? Not so much. Looking for some new ideas! I'm finding that going to church helps... I am able to getting a world perpective and realize that others are going through harder times/things than I am...
