It seems as some parents got mad that their toddlers weren't super intelligent after watching Baby Einstein videos and Disney has decided to give refunds b/c they don't consider them to be educational as the packaging says. WDYT?

BTW if you do want to exchange your videos for the recall here is the link for the form you have to print and send.

So wait, am I supposed to sue Nick Jr because Colton doesn't speak fluent Spanish after watching Dora ? Or ask for a refund on my Firm tapes because I didn't end up looking like the instructor ? Or wait, how about I ask for credit at the bookstore because my self help books aren't helping with my anger issue ? (was that out loud ? mmm, disregard that one ;)

Come on people, get real. You can't expect a video to make your kids smart. Duh. The videos were supposed to supplement YOUR INTERACTION with your child. Not make them smart. Sigh.

Need I point out the correlation between the children who aren't amazingly brilliant and their parents who are asking for the refund ? Hm ? Alrighty then.

Well said Anne!  There is some effort you need to put into parenting.  TV and teachers aren't going to do it all, folks!

Haha! I love it! I think personally it is hard to truly evaluate the educational content of something intended for 0-2 year olds anyway. I can tell you that both of my boys loved the music and it calmed them down when they were freaking out. That alone was worth the money paid for the video.
