Ladies,

I bought a PC bumper sticker and really want to put it on my car.  The problem is that it's a brand new car and I'm freaked that some right-wing nut job is going to key my car.  I don't think DH likes the BS idea too much and car damage as a result would really piss him off (he's paying for the car).  I also feel like the PLs have that stuff on their cars all the time and we need some for the other side.  Has anyone experienced negative effects from displaying their PC beliefs?

I think you're more likely to have your car keyed because it's new than from a pro-lifer.

So wait until some jealous asshat who can't stand anyone else having something nicer than they have to key your car, then put on the bumper sticker.

I also thought maybe I'd wait until something like that happened then I wouldn't care as much.  I swear people purposely ding new cars with carts, etc. just because it's new and the're mad it's not theirs.  What happened to do unto others?  The world would be a wonderful place if people just started treating others with respect.  (Sigh) guess I'll take off my rose-colored glasses now.

I've had PC bumper stickers on cars before - I don't think any PL's every did any damage to my car because of it. Some would start verbal confrontations in parking lots, but I honestly think the majority respect others' property.

I'd have one. And I'd drive it on my very own supercool racetrack that nobody else is allowed to play on but ME!! And maybe SO if he's been extra good.
