I have had a whole lot of trouble posting or even a simple access, the past month or two. Since the format changed, things got really slow. Then I have no clue what happened, we did nothing different with the computer, but I was not able to access much and it took for-ever! The powers that be tried to tell me that it might be my firewall, but I'll be darned if I will disable that! (you should see how much crap is blocked.)
I think of everyone often, Nora, my dh and I even went to SF for 3 days the middle of October. I thought of trying to get hold of you but the computer was the problem. We stayed near Union sq. did a few touristie things, but he had a conference (he was presenting, so it was relatively unplanned). I shopped a bit, we went to fisherman's wharf, rode the rollies (I am not so impressed. When I was little they had those here and I rode them frequently w/ my mom and gm.) But it was the time when the weather was warm and sunny. Beautiful.
Anyway. I am sad too that things are slow. Well, non-existant. I have not much of a clue how the other boads are since I have not been able to get in here. (We did take the computer to the macoutfiter store and its a little better. They had to do something w/the memory)
