Documentary Series On Adoption
A Canadian production company is looking for help with a documentary series on adoption. Collideascope Digital Productions in Halifax, Nova Scotia is developing a television mini-series in conjunction the W Network, formerly know as the Women’s Television Network.
“Adoption And The 21st Century Family”, as it’s currently being called, will explore adoption and how it has created a new paradigm of the family. It will be an intimate journey with the individuals and couples who have chosen to build a family through adoption. Throughout this series we will confront contemporary issues in adoption, and challenge pre-conceived notions of what it means to be family.
