I just took a really interesting e-learning course called Conspicuous Families about international/transracial adoptions . I read a good review about it on Rainbowkids.com and thought I would try it out, especially since the courses are free! It was great! They have one section on racism and stereotypes and another where you practice responding to the incredibly rude comments that we have all experienced. Then they have you do an exercise where you look at how much diversity you have in your life. It was very enlightening- and gave me much food for thought.
