I came across a comment on the story about the baby I posted below and thought it might be debate-worthy?
A woman pregnant with her 7th baby commented, "If it were not for WIC, I would not be able to afford formula."
Is it OK to have as many children as you want, while using WIC to supply their formula? Is that what WIC is for?
