What is the best course of action for me? I had major bf issues from the start, hung in there for 5 months and then I stopped nursing a week ago. I've since had a change of heart and now I really want to continue nursing and supplementing, but obviously my supply has dwindled to almost nothing, and I'm afraid my DS won't want to nurse again? Is there anything I can do...I feel so terrible, I just am not ready to be done... please help!

Hi!  First thing is to see if your baby will latch back on.  That will be the best way to get your supply going again.  Then you'll want to pump as often as you can to both supplement your baby and encourage more supply.    Here's a link with more info:

Good luck! And remember, any amount of breastmilk is good, so even if you find you can't get your supply back to where it was, whatever milk he's getting is liquid gold.
