We have a large party (5 rooms).  We have kids ranging from 2 - 15.  Where is the best place to stay?  I would prefer to be close to a bus stop b/c my Mom & her husband will not want to do a lot of walking after being in the park all day.  It would be nice to be near the food area to get coffee in the morning (but not a necessity).  Also being not too far from the pool would be good, but we are okay if we need to walk a little ways to it.

Thanks!

If I remember correctly from our stay, you have to decide between food court and main pool.  They are on opposite sides from each other, so you can't do both.  We stayed by the main pool and playground area but had quite a walk to the food court.

Bus stops aren't as much of a worry...they're scattered throughout the resort.

P.S.  Just was looking at the Allears.net page.  I didn't realize that there are shuttles within the resort now, which is cool!  Your mom and her husband can take advantage of those for sure.

There's also some info about which buildings are where:

My sister & I stayed at Coronado Springs in Sept & we loved it.  We stayed in Casitas 3, which was in between bus stops 1 & 2, and a short walk from the main building/food court.  The Ranchos section is definitely the farthest walk.  The Cabanas are between the main pool and the main building, so I think they would be most convenient.  Even though the resort is huge, each section has its own quiet pool and bus stop.  Plus you can take the free buses from your bus stop to another section of the resort if you want.  Hope this helps, & have a great time on your trip! :-)

We stayed at Cabanas 9A last summer and it seemed to be a great area for us. We were pretty much equidistant from the bus stop, the main pool, and the main building. Plus, we had a quiet pool at our building and the laundry too. Worked out just great for us. Have fun!
