We have been to Disney so many times & have our favorites, but we are taking a whole group in 2 weeks & most have never been. I was marking my list of rides with a point system & my dd said Mom maybe others will want to do what you don't want to. So, my 9 year old told me to ask you guys what your favorite & least favorite ride or show is at each of the parks.
I think it really depends on the age and personality of the person. Disney is what you make of it and it has enough for every age and every stage. There is no "one size fits all" trip to Disney. I read other people's trip reports and they make me cringe. But I'm also sure that my own family's trips to Disney would be boring to them. My DS just turned 5yo and has been going to WDW since he was 18mo. Every trip we go is different b/c his interests are different. When he was a toddler and young preschooler we could spend days in Fantasyland in the MK and never leave the place. Now he's more interested in Cars, Toy Story and doing the actual rides. I'm sure that as he gets older the way we enjoy Disney will change. I know that I didn't answer your question directly, but I HTH a little bit.
Sure! Here are our favorites and not-so-favorites :)
Magic Kingdom:
Favorites include - Monster Inc. Laugh Floor, Mickey's Philharmagic, Dream Along with Mickey (adults can enjoy this too), and Wishes for shows. Attractions favorites include Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, the People Mover, and the Disney Railroad Least Favorite would be Stitch's Great Escape and the Enchanted Tikki Room; Under New Management (WDW ruined a classic Disneyland attraction here in our opinion).
Epcot: Our favorite shows here include - JAMMitors, Off Kilter, British Invasion, Voices of Liberty, Dragon Legend Acrobats, The American Adventure, O Canada, and Illuminations (can you tell we love EPCOT?) :)Favorite attractions include - Soarin', Spaceship Earth, and Maelstrom. Least favorites include - Ellen's Energy Adventure (simply because it takes 45 minutes from start to finish), Impressions De France (beautiful, but needs updating), and Honey I Shrunk the Audience 3D.
DHS: Favorite shows include - Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show, Beauty & The Beast Live Stage Show, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, and Fantasmic! Favorite attractions here include - Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, The Backlot Tour, and the American Idol Experience. Least Favorite shows and attractions include - Journey Into Narnia Exhibit, The Great Movie Ride (outdated), and Star Tours (also outdated).
Animal Kingdom: DAK is actually home to our 2 absolute favorite shows on all of Disney property: Finding Nemo the Musical and Festival of the Lion King. You can even get reserved seats now for Nemo by making a lunch reservation at Tusker House! Reserved seating for one of their afternoon shows comes with your meal reservation! :) Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade is also our favorite parade of all! Attractions we love here include - Kilimanjaro Safari, Dinosaur, Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids and the Exploration Trails. Least Favorites at this park include - It's Tough to be a Bug 3D show, and Flights of Wonder.
I am for sure going to ask my kids this question when they get home!
As a family, we really do NOT like at all:
Backlot tour at DHS and the Finding Nemo show
We all look forward to very much:
the "old time" rides at Magic Kingdom (Peter Pan, Small World, Dumbo, etc.), even though we've done them so many times. I'd say as a family, they are the favorites.
I will definitely come back later with more. The kids will have fun with this one. :)

I know it varies per family & also per person. Some rides I have on my list as must dos I personally will not do, but know my family will. I just wanted other peoples favorites.
As for what we do at Disney - we don't stop until our head hits the pillow at night...lol. We are so excited that MK is open until 3 am when we go. We will be there super late for sure. Last year my oldest dd & I stayed at Epcot until after 1am. Our whole family stayed at MK one night until midnight. I know for some that is crazy, but we are crazy folks!
