I don't know what they are called and I only saw them in an ad for something else.  They are round with a small whole in the center.  The fit on the end of your pencil so you can trace your picture to make a frame.  It's some sort of spacer, I guess you would call it.

Any one have any ideas?  I've looked at Michael's & JoAnn's, but haven't had any luck finding them.

I think those are called Magic Matters.  I know I have a set but keep forgetting to check my stuff.  I store it at my shop and I'll try to remember to double check.
