How early do you start your Christmas shopping?

When are usually done?

Do you get Christmas portraits done? Do you use them on the Christmas cards? When do you have them done?

How soon do you mail out the cards?

When does your tree go up?

How early do you start your Christmas shopping? I usually start in start in early November. Now some years that might just mean I've started a list of what I want to get everyone, lol.

When are usually done? I try to be done before mid December. I get my online ordering done by the first week of December but the stuff I'm going to buy in person I may take a bit more time to get. I will watch for sales and possible put off getting something until it does go on sale.

Do you get Christmas portraits done? Do you use them on the Christmas cards? When do you have them done? No. I think about it every year but I have never got all four of us together and had a picture done. In the past I have gotten the kids pictures done but last year it was too much of a mad house at the mall that I couldn't bring myself to drag us all there for pictures. It was much easier before they were both in school.

How soon do you mail out the cards? Cards usually get mailed by the beginning of the second week of December.

When does your tree go up? Either the first or second weekend in December. Its a fake tree because Philip and I are allergic to the real ones so I am not worried about it drying out.
