Kelloggs is claiming that some of their cereals can boost your immunity.  I'm thinking that only 25% of antioxidants might help, but not increase it to the point of keeping you well.  WDYT?

I think that it's a marketing gimmik, lol.  Fortified cereals are not going to boost your immunity any more than eating a healthy diet that includes lots of fruits and veggies, and limited additives and preservatives.  In fact, I'd put my money on the healthy diet over cereal any day, lol!
