Crazy, crazy busy day...

Tons of cleaning - the whole house top to bottom...bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, etc.

Bills to pay

Need to go to the Halloween store and track down some last minute stuff for Em's costume and find one for me

Need to go get a long sleeved running shirt for tomorrow, its supposed to 48 at 8am when the run starts! YIKES!

Oh - Spanish Exam to take.

Then some errands tonight with dh - need to get ds some black jeans for his costume, dh some new jeans (he's up to 60lbs lost now and nothing fits him)

Finish putting up some more lights and a few more decorations

MAJOR grocery shopping for the party tomorrow

Get to bed early

Weekend...Great Pumpkin Fun Run 5K on Saturday, MIL arrives, carve pumpkins in the afternoon, trick or treating, then a Halloween party at our house that night

Sunday...MIL will be here, I will be sleeping in then studying though! We'll probably BBQ but I have no plans to entertain her this time.

I probably won't be around much today or the weekend. Hope everyone has a great Halloween

Class then housework then class party for DS. I'm running pumpkin bowling -which reminds me I need to buy a little pumpkin.

Plans for the weekend - work, homework to get a jump on next week and relaxing with the family.

Sleeping in!!!!

I had my medical concepts class this morning. We took our bones quiz and I did not so great. She drops the lowest grade but still. Anyway now I'm home and about to start thinking about lunch. I'm bored and ansty and I wish I had some more planned for today.

Busy day - just doing a little work. I had my book club last night -which is always fun.

My grandmother - who is 93 is supposedly not doing very well. I use the word supposedly because my mother is incapable of relaying accurate information. My grandmother has Alzheimer and has had a number of falls. Her quality of life is very low right now and as sad as I am am - this is a long time coming.

My Mom seems to think that she will go soon. My family lives about 3 hours by plane away and I have no idea how I will arrange things if I go. I also have my test next week - am I am not sure what alternate dates are available. On the other hand my Mom said the end was near almost a year ago so I am can't really plan anything at this stage.

My Mom is horrible at handling this kind of stuff. She was brutal when my Grandfather died. I know I sound selfish - but I need to vent to an outside party.

Anyway - we will get through this. Kids have Halloween stuff today - so doing some stuff for that as well.
