Moms in School

In the morning we are doing a 5K fun run.

Afternoon we will carve pumpkins.

MIL will take the kids trick or treating in our neighborhood.

Around 8:30-9 a few friends are coming over for an adult Halloween party. Should be interesting with my MIL there, hoping none of my friends gets TOO drunk and starts telling her how I really feel about her LOL!

I have not gotten around to putting up decorations yet so we'll do that today. Tomorrow we will carve our homegrown pumpkin-the only one that grew to a full size! DD has show choir practice from 1-4 then she's leaving for a party at 6 & will spend the night.

DD9 is ToT w/her friend & DS is planning to meet up w/some buddies to go together, all in the neighborhood. I'll pass out candy & chat on the phone while DH is out w/DS. We don't usually get a ton of kids but wonder if we'll have more since it's a weekend night. Most of the kids live further into the neighborhood that is a huge circle of streets.

Looking forward to sleeping in both mornings!!

During the day we'll hand out candy and after Madison's nap/before dinner we'll go around the neighborhood. It's more for the experience than the cany but DH and I don't mind the candy at all!
