1. Peanut butter - do you like peanut butter? What do you put it on?
Love peanut butter, we only use the "natural" kind though because the regular stuff has sugar, hydrogenated oil, etc. I usually get the kind you grind fresh yourself at the store. I eat about 1T most days, no more than 2T per day as my daily nut serving. I usually have it on an apple or mixed into plain, non-fat yogurt with some splenda. We've also been using almond butter quite a bit lately.
2. Jelly - how about jelly? What do you usually put it on?
Not too much, I don't really eat toast. The kids love it on english muffins and waffles, so we always have it in the house (the sugar-free type of course!) I use it in cooking/baking and very occasionally I will get a craving for a PB&J...natural peanut butter, sugar-free jam, on whole grain bread.
