DS has actually been doing very well. He's had maybe 2 accidents since my initial message. He has woken up by himself, and yells at the top of his lungs that he needs to pee (as I instructed him to do) :0) I know he is not 100% PT,as I do expect accidents to happen from time to time, but he's close enough.
I do worry about how much he will regress once the new baby arrives (could be any day now). I hope I will not have to go back to diapers day and night for DS.
