that newborns may excrete breastmilk.  I thought something was seriously wrong!!

that there are a thousand ways to hold a baby while breastfeeding and the right one will help enormously, especially if you are really well endowed.

That a newborn boy infant may experience erections, especially during the diaper change.

And that you should point Mr. Johnson down "into" the diaper so they don't pee straight up their belly onto their onsies!

Took me a month to figure that out...and a really help NP!
