If he suddenly stopped drinking his and nothing else has changed, (different bottle, different nipple, giving food) then I'd call his ped, something is different with him, 10 oz in 24hrs isn't enough. Usually peds have a dr on call you can run it by, I'd check for a temp before you called as they will probably ask. how are his dipers?
If you have changed something I'd unchage it to see if that works, I know my kids were picky with their nipples.
