No, no and no, but thanks to spending too much time on the interwebz I now know that "world series" is about baseball and "superbowl" is about "boom ball" as dd used to call it (because the players fell down on top of each other all the time).
We do have a TV with a satellite dish set up in our office to receive all this, btw, a legacy of some American friends.
