Secondary Infertility

So I have read on here little bits of natural things everyone does to help.

I need to O, LOL! So I have tried the fertilaid, next cycle I will try the fertilaid again as well as the Evening Primrose Oil to hopefully O and have lots of fertile cm.

I am wondering about accupuncture and such, has it worked for anyone, and what do I say to the naturpathic doc??? I went to playgroup with a lady who does all this so I think I will send her an email to see what she thinks I can do. I would love to be able to beat this infertility with a natural remedy!

Any other natural things you ladies have tried????

I know that if you are not taking any fertility meds some women found that 'Vitex" helped. they call it the natural clomid and you can buy at health food store.

For EWCM taking Mucinex or Robitussin (no letters after name) 5 days before suspected 'O' helps to thin out your mucus for easier sperm passage

Hi Amanda. I agree with Cindy, many women have been successful using Vitex. It is a hormone regulator and aids in ovulation. Be sure to check the ingredients of the Fertilaid to see if it is in that. I love acupuncture. I have very heavy periods due to endometriosis and my acupuncturist helped me have lighter periods and less painful ones as well. I was shocked since I was only able to see her once a month. Let us know what the lady you know suggests, I am always on the look out for new info!
