I've wondered this for a long time, but never really asked the question. When we make blinkies for others, who really owns them?

I've always kind of assumed that since we made them, they're ours to share. Sometimes I ask the requestor if it's okay to share the blinkie (usually if they've come up with some clever take on something that I haven't seen before), but if it's a generic one I just assume it's mine to do with what I want.

Am I stepping on requestors' toes by doing this? Give it to me straight, ladies. ;-)

I'm relatively new here, but I always figured they were "our" blinkies, too... Besides,  people will just steal them anyway!  ;)

The PAK blinkie I have is one I requested to be made for me by a member of another board... and now I see it all the time! We even put it up on the Working & Pumping board for others to use.
