...I'm just wondering how long it takes to have a siggy request fulfilled?

I posted mine about a week ago.

I received one response back (thank you!), but I reposted to see if I could get a few different ones made
& I haven't heard anything since.

Hi Annya!  I hope you don't take offense to my answers, because I'm not meaning to be rude at all.  First, in you first request posted on the Oct 30th, you asked for changes.  Requests here are FFA's, and its up to the maker to decide if they want to make layout changes.  Obviously spelling changes would be made.  Because that maker didn't answer you, you can try to email her through her profile.  The worst she can say is no.  We also ask that you wait 2 weeks between requests, which is one explanation for your 2nd one not being picked up.  Also, you replied to that post, which added a 2nd post to the thread and made it look like it was picked up.  Most makers only open up the posts with 1 message in it.  We also work from the back forward.  So requests on the first page are very rarely picked up right away.  It can take anywhere from 1-7 days to get picked up, depending on how many requests are ahead of yours.  Whether you get more than 1 sig from different makers is all just luck of the draw.  Please keep in mind we have the Quick Sig folder.  That's where makers offer a siggy to have your info & pics added to.  You are allowed to request 3 quick sigs a week, and they don't count against your FFA request.  Just please make sure what you request hasn't been closed or reached its max.  I hope I answered your questions!

Annya, You had a request filled and picked up on Oct 30th. Per our guidelines, you can request another one in 2 weeks which would be Nov 13th. If you were unhappy with your siggy you could email the maker through their profile, but like Heather said, it is up to the designer on whether or not they want to redo it. You posted in the FFA section. Next time you may want to post to a certain maker in the RAM section. This is a very busy time of year and unfortunately we cannot make numerous siggys for one requester, we have to make sure it is fair for everyone.

Here is the requesting etiquette if you would like to read more: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-pssigshow&msg=63692.1&ctx=0
