Unfortunately I have found myself sick for the majority of this cycle so far. Boo! It's really only a cough and congestion but my temps seem to be off. I must have a slight fever.

I wondering if I should even bother charting? Will my post O temps just be higher or will it make O unable to determine?

I have another week until I expect O so I'm hoping things straighten out by then. Otherwise I'm assuming charting this cycle is pointless. Boo!

You really won't know how being sick is affecting your chart until later, when you're well.  For now, I'd say observe your cm carefully, and make sure bd at least every other day when you have fertile cm present.  Also, being sick might be a lucky thing too, because it may delay O and give your temps a chance to straighten themselves out so you have a more clear cycle.
