Do any of you feel like you are on this horrible rollercoaster ride? One minute you think that things are on the up and up and the next thing you know you feel like your entire world is crashing? It can sure do a number not only on your emotional side but your physical side as well? I feel sick..one moment I am hearing my son got saved at church in military school and the next minute you hearing he is planning on bailing the entire program on his first home pass. Its like you just want to get off this crazy ride. I am not expecting happiness and bliss..I am just wishing for some peace. I am sure some of you can relate...just some peace? Peace of mind? Peace within yourself? Sorry I just had to get it off my brain for a minute. Is anyone else out there on this crazy boat with me???

He really is putting you through the wringer, isn't he?

Do you think the information about his plan to bail the program is legitimate?  When is his visit scheduled?  You don't have to allow it, do you?

Sorry I don't have any advice... but I know what you mean about the rollercoaster.  It is very difficult.  B is 20, and I'm ready to get off that thing now..

Yes I am well aquainted with the roller coaster. Even now, sometimes my stomach ties in knots waiting for the next downturn although dd very seldom does anything anymore. I used to play Patsy Cline's "Peace in the Valley" over and over.
