Does your family have Halloween plans?

Trick or treating? A festival at church?  A party at a neighbors house?

What are your spooky holiday plans?

We had a party at TKD last year. But, it won't be happening this year. :( Our instructor had to give up his location for his school and now we're in the local rec center. I toyed with the idea of having a party here for the gang but I'm already overbooked for the next several, many weeks.

Besides, my boys don't even know what they want to be yet!!

Honestly, I don't know what we're doing, but I think we're going to set a bowl of candy on the porch for any trick-or-treaters while we take the girls around town to let them do their own trick-or-treating. We also often head into town to this one store that looks like a castle since they have their employees dress in costumes and give out candy to the kids for a couple of hours that day, so we may do that this year. But it depends on what else we may have going on that weekend.

Well, my 5YO will dress as an astronaut for his school party.  My 20MO will be Scooby Doo.  We'll take the kids around the neighborhood to trick or treat.  The neighborhood is only about 20 houses, so it's just the right size.

One of our neighbors throws an annual Halloween party for adults, so we'll go to that.  Our costumes are TBD.

We do need to decorate the house.  DS noticed other houses with some cool decorations and wanted to know if we'd be decorating this year.  One more thing to do...  At least it's a fun thing, right?  :)
