There are some days of no walking due to nursing my hip. Grrrr! :o( But I am doing much better now, but being careful not to push the mileage back up too fast. Frustrating, but it takes longer to come back than it used to. :O My chiropractor keeps reminding me of the major trauma to my body due to the surgery, and that not only is my body still coming back from all that trauma to my spine during surgery and recovery in the hospital, but the recent pulled hip muscle on top of it. She says i need to learn a little patience, ROFL! :D I agree with her, but at the same time I don't want to get "lazy" and give myself more excuse than I really need to slow it down a bit, KWIM? ;))

ACK! "Life" interfering again, eh? How are you feeling after you were so sick on vacation, and again recently? Are you back up to feeling good yet? Take good care of you! :)
11/2/09: 595 total steps (hip hurting like heck; no walk & didn't do much at all); 11/3/09: 4,180 total steps (all errand running steps, then too warm + too much pain to walk with Mika).
I wish this hip thing will get over itself! UGH! I see my chiropractor again tomorrow, but I have to go back to monthly visits. Just can't afford the out of pocket expense more often any more, as we head into holidays, and upcoming other expenses that come due at this time of year (like DMV renewals, house taxes, etc.). <:-// Will just have to muddle through...and accept some days are going to be better than others.
