New Beginnings for November

Nov. 1st – I got to bed around 3am (old time) and had a 4:45 (new time) wake up call. Needless to say, energy was a bit lacking, lol. I took two catnaps and was in bed by 9pm.
Nov. 2nd – Due to my early bedtime, I was bright eyed and bushy tailed. Well, maybe not, lol. But I was up within 10 minutes of my alarm going off and out the door on time. Bedtime routine for the girls was accompanied by an hour and a half temper tantrum. By the time it was all over, I was emotionally drained, the meatloaf did not get cooked and I threw in the towel. L
Nov. 3rd – Today was not a total wash. I managed to get in 32 oz of water (which is 32 oz more than I’ve been consuming), I was up and down the stairs running laundry baskets and putting clothes away and I did manage to make my meatloaf. J
Nov. 4th – I got to work and decided no more excuses. I took the stairs (I work on the 6th floor, lol). Other than almost taking out two guys with the door that were coming out of the stairwell as I was going in, and sounding like an asthmatic when I was done, I feel great. J Tonight I have bowling as well.
I know it isn’t completely structured yet, but I’m getting there. I want this, I want to be healthy, I want to feel good about me again.
