The problem in our house is that we bought too much candy and have a lot of it left over. Also my daughter has more candy than she can possibly safely eat in 6 months (2 huge bags). What are your solutions and suggestions for dealing with all the candy??

We are taking all of our extra candy....and trying to convince Lizzie to add to our candy and donating it to the soup kitchen that we work at once a month.

We only had 5 pieces left. We bought one 100-paks bag which was our budget, and were down to 5 pcs. by 8:30 p.m. We turned out the light and that was that! :D DH is taking the few leftovers. They are already in his lunch box. I can't see them and so I won't eat them. ROFL! <:P

Blessings,

We don't get trick or treaters in our rural area. We took both girls to my Mom's neighborhood a few counties up....there are only about 10 houses but everyone gives out treat bags filled with candy so they both ended up with too much. My one DD has a peanut allergy and doesn't like chocolate so hers was narrowed down to a sandwich size bag, lol. My other DD only likes chocolate candy so her's was down to 2 sandwich bags. I brought the rest for my students....if they work hard for me all day they can have one piece from the jar :) They are high schoolers so I don't feel too bad about giving a small sweet.

Now I need to figure out what to do with all the left-over candy from DD's birthday pinata :)
