So.......today started out great. I warmed up on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then did one of my favorite workout DVD's (Slim in 6 - Ramp it Up).
My food could definately use some improvement: I had a ww english muffin with an egg and about 1 TBSP of light cheese whiz for breakfast. Then I had an Activia FF yogurt for a snack. Lunch consisted of 2 ww english muffins toasted with cheese whiz (yah......not very nutricious) and an all bran snack bar. Then, this afternoon I ate an entire bag of smartpop popcorn. So, I haven't gone over my daily points, but I only have 8.5 points left for supper (I don't use my activity points).
I guess today was a bust because I did my classic boredom eating..........I even left the house for a few hours and did some errands, did laundry, went to the Post Office, paid some bills online, vaccumed and washed my floors, applied online for 2 jobs and still this afternoon I ended up on the sofa with food.
Tomorrow my neice and nephew are coming over (I pick them up at 9:00 am) and they are staying until Sunday at noon. I am not worried about those 2 days because I will be busy busy busy........but I'll be back on Monday trying to figure out a strategy to put an end to this!!!!!!!!!!
