So.......today started out great.  I warmed up on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then did one of my favorite workout DVD's (Slim in 6 - Ramp it Up). 

My food could definately use some improvement:    I had a ww english muffin with an egg and about 1 TBSP of light cheese whiz for breakfast.  Then I had an Activia FF yogurt for a snack.  Lunch consisted of 2 ww english muffins toasted with cheese whiz (yah......not very nutricious) and an all bran snack bar.  Then, this afternoon I ate an entire bag of smartpop popcorn.  So, I haven't gone over my daily points, but I only have 8.5 points left for supper (I don't use my activity points).

I guess today was a bust because I did my classic boredom eating..........I even left the house for a few hours and did some errands, did laundry, went to the Post Office, paid some bills online, vaccumed and washed my floors, applied online for 2 jobs and still this afternoon I ended up on the sofa with food.

Tomorrow my neice and nephew are coming over (I pick them up at 9:00 am) and they are staying until Sunday at noon.  I am not worried about those 2 days because I will be busy busy busy........but I'll be back on Monday trying to figure out a strategy to put an end to this!!!!!!!!!!

Is it ok if I give you some suggestions?? I always ask first as some people don't want feedback. It's a start....and a step....and in the end you will do fine!

Had a good weekend with neice and newphew......managed to spend the whole weekend with a 4 year old and a 2 year old without dealing with any sort of poop catastrophes and yesterday afternoon one of my cats had an "accident" on the carpet...............I am now the proud owner of about a million scratches on my arms and legs due to being the unlucky person who had to bathe the stinky perpetrator.

Packed away 4 bags of old clothes and shoes today and took them to a dropoff for charity (perhaps a biceps workout?????) then raked leaves in the yard for about an hour (perhaps a bicep and shoulders workout????).  I am just about to get on the treadmill because I need a mood buster right now............it's one of those days where I'm thinking waaay too much about work (or lack thereof) and babies (or lack thereof) and fit bodies (or lack thereof). 

Food wise, today has been ok: yogurt for breakfast, whole grain english muffin with natural peanut butter for lunch, 3 glasses of water and planning on having ww spaghetti with marina sauce for supper.  Should have had some more fruit and veggies.....will work on that tomorrow!!

The real victory about today is that even though I'm feeling lousy and generally down........I have no urge to sit down on the sofa with the TV on and dig into a snack or 500.  I am really feeling the effects of making that mistake too many times over the summer.  I am starting to feel some angry determination to get myself out of the mess I let creep in when I was trying not to deal with the m/c and job loss.

Here's to tomorrow........which will be better, right??????
