Window on the World

I have a nasty little head cold...probably further aggravated by standing in the cold, windy evening watching Caity's soccer game last night....and the same kind of evening the night before watching her practice.

We went from nearly 80F to about 60F within a day and I think it did me in. :(

So I'll be here, curled up on the couch, having some peppermint tea and listening to Deepak Chopra balance my chakras...lol.

I saw that sudden drop in temps out west on the weather report last night and I was thinking that would be a huge shock to everyone's systems.

Hope you're feeling better today, take it easy and stay warm and cosy!

(((Sarah))), it's definitely that season - dh and I have only just recovered from some whoppers, and older ds was sick last week, too.
