iVillage strives to provide active and supportive communities for our members. There are times when community simply outgrows or loses interest in a topic and we are faced with the decision on closing it. For this reason, Empty Nest has been set for closure on Friday, October 24. On that day, this board will be made "read only" and accessible only through a bookmark if you would like to revisit it.
